Generally tulip bulbs only need watered once a month while below ground (one a week once sprouted and blooming). Most of the time we don't really have to worry about it since Kansas usually gets enough rain and snow. Considering the small amount of snow we had recently, followed by the large amount of rain, they should be fine. The worst thing you can do is overwater- which will cause the bulbs to rot out. Another big factor is the drainage of the site where the bulbs are planted. You should start to see them popping up anytime now!
