Ashley Lewis

You might not recognize me without listening to my voice, but I am sure I have spoke with you in the past :) I originally starting going to K-State to study Radio & Television Broadcasting but my love for the outdoors and gardening got the best of me and I switched majors to Horticulture. I came straight to Aspen after graduation and worked in the maintenance department planting annuals and maintaining many of our residential properties. Eventually I worked my way into the office and management. I do love trees and shrubs but my real passion lies with flowers and houseplants. I bleed K-State purple so my garden is usually packed full of every lavender, violet and plum color spectrum available. I love experimenting in my yard and pots with all the new annuals that come out each year. I am also a fanatic with tropical plants. It resembles Christmas in the Bahamas when I have to bring all them inside for the winter months. If you ever have a question on a flower and how it withstands Kansas climates, feel free to ask.....I probably have it growing outside my front door!
